Sparkyard in the Classroom
This workshop will run through how you can use Sparkyard as a powerful tool for behaviour management, build classroom routines and create a positive classroom environment.
This CPD session will cover a variety of ways that you can embed Sparkyard and daily singing into your classroom. From curriculum songs to classroom routines, there is a song for every day of the school year!
This session will cover how to:
- Create a bank of songs and musical activities: How to signpost key moments, from the very start of the day to home time.
- Explore ideas to help develop effective transitions: How songs and music can be used to influence the mood and energy in a classroom.
- Bring the power of singing into your classroom every day: Leave the session with ideas that you can use straight away.
